More about Less

Hello, I'm Doug Less and this is my personal blog site dedicated to sharing my occasional thoughts and observations about my faith, my family, and my life. For me, it's all about supporting one another with the right attitude through this daring adventure called life. 

I started Armor-Bearer.com for a number of reasons, but mainly because I feel a call to serve and support others through my faith and talents.   This site is my opportunity to share with you how my life is going and some ramblings on leadership, management, technology, and faith. 

I am a happy husband of 16 years to my wife Kerri.  We are the proud parents of three awesome kids - Mackenzie, Miranda, and Mason. Watching them grow up has been more amazing then we could have possibly imagined.

I am a big St. Louis Cardinals fan.  I bowl regularly in a league and carry a respectable average, but that perfect 300 game is still an elusive fantasy.  I'm passionate about our church, Connection Church in O'Fallon, MO.

I've been working in the information technology consulting industry for over 15 years.  I consider myself a true IT Solution Architect in that I'm a PMP Certified Project Manager with a unique blend of business analysis, solutions engineering and  technical architecture skills.  My key talents are being especially effective at identifying opportunities to optimize business processes with the strategic use of technology to help businesses solve problems, grow, and compete.
